Our body is an instrument.
We can use the simple tools of our attention, breath + touch
to get more present, regulate our nervous system,
and tap into the wealth of our inner resources.
Let’s make medicine together!
The PRACTICE BANK is a multi-media library where we explore revolutionary ways of being with our bodies and following our intuition while tapping into traditions of Qi gong, Chinese medicine, Pilates, and ritual ceremony.

About the practice bank
-
The practice bank holds a variety of videos to choose from: short practices under 10 minutes to 1-hour long practices for when you want to explore more deeply.
Some practices are downtempo and meditative, and others are more active and will make you sweat! (Each video has notes letting you know what to expect.)
The audio tracks in the bank explore various aspects of cultivating a personal practice, courting our pleasure and joy, setting boundaries, and creating consistency with the practices that nourish and balance us.
-
You don’t need any prior experience to engage practices in the library!
Most practices can be done while sitting or laying down, and some videos incorporate standing practices as well.
In videos marked as ACTIVE, we engage more body positions and movement. I invite you to sit on the floor, reach towards your feet in a forward bend, and use full range of motion of our knees to crouch and stand up.
-
Practices in this bank have a strong focus on uterine, ovarian, and vulvo-vaginal systems and are oriented towards folks of all genders inhabiting any or all of these generative systems.
Non-gendered language is used in all teaching.
